GB Packers’ Season Tickets: Now only 23,162 to go!

Back a long time ago now, my family put me on the waiting list for Green Bay Packers’ season tickets. Every year, I get a notice of my new location on the waiting list after the tickets that were not renewed after the previous season.

Lambeau Field holds just under 61,000 people. Each year, it is nearly or completely sold out for each game. Even when the Packers aren’t doing very well and don’t matter in the playoff chase. They still nearly sell out.

So you can imagine that the turnover rate of season tickets isn’t that high.

Regardless, I’ll be patient. My magic number is now: 23,162.

That’s how many people, not tickets, have to get their tickets before I get my shot.

I figure I’ll need cryonics to actually get my tickets. I’ve been told it’s good to have some long term goals.
